ViewQwest is one of the leading telcos in the region, and the fourth largest in Singapore.


With a regional presence across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, ViewQwest needed a strong core brand, as well as established brand elements for its enterprise and residential segments. Coal performed extensive brand auditing with ViewQwest’s leaders, employees and customers to understanding its essence not only as a business, but also as an organisation driven by purpose. Using the distilled data and qualitative research, Coal then developed ViewQwest’s core umbrella brand, as well as the sub-brands under this umbrella. With a more focused brand strategy, which involved identifying ViewQwest’s mission, vision and values, the result showcased the organisation’s ambitious, fearless and innovative DNA. Coal also established distinct identities for ViewQwest’s enterprise and residential segments, enabling them to their target markets with greater precision and efficiency.
